1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Certain items such as personalized products and digital downloads are non-returnable.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds may be denied if:

- The item is missing parts or original packaging.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
